Biography

Thomas Jefferson Flippin was born in 1832 in Cole, Missouri.

The 1870 United States Census shows Thomas, 41, living with his wife Nancy Tomlinson, 40, and five children: Mary A., 13, James, 12, Richard, 9, Thomas 4, and Louisa, 2.

The 1880 United States Census lists Thomas, 45, his wife Nancy Tomlinson, 54, James, 21, Richard, 17, Thomas, 13, and Louisia, 11.

Thomas died on 15 December 1894 in Stephenville, Erath, Texas.
