Biography

When Josiah Brown was born on March 27, 1742, in Sudbury, Massachusetts, his father, Samuel, was 22 and his mother, Zerviah, was 26. He married Ann Howe on April 4, 1765, in his hometown. They had 11 children in 25 years. He died on July 10, 1826, in Stow, Massachusetts, having lived a long life of 84 years, and was buried there.
