The Italian version of Wikipedia[1] states that Bertie was born and died in England, with no further specification. The English version of his article in Wikipedia [2] states nothing about the location of his birth and death. In The Peerage, his mother is listed as Elizabeth Payne. However, The Peerage is not an entirely reliable source, so additional sources would be helpful. Both versions of Wikipedia and The Peerage list his date of death as 17 Sep 1818, repeated in WikiData, while cracroftspeerage.co.uk lists it as 18 Sep 1818. January 2020
