Moses' birth year is unconfirmed. Various documents suggest the birth year as 1811 based on his residence in 1850; 1813, based on the 1871 Census; 1816 based on the 1861 Census. Other Ancestry trees give his birth year as 1817. He passed away about 1900.

In 1871, Moses was 58 which suggests birth in 1813-14^[1] based on that, I'm changing the birth date from 26 Sep 1817 (certain) to 1814 (uncertain).
