Sam was born in 1892 to Duke Kahanamoku and Julia Paoa. He married Sarah Dexter in 1927. [1] They were divorced by 1950. Sam passed away in 1966.
Competition swimmer who won a bronze medal at the 100m freestyle event in the 1924 Olympics in Paris.[2]
