Biography

Annie Katherine McCullough was born on January 31, 1878, in Plano, Texas.^[1] She was the daughter of "Dan" Daniel McCullough and Madora/ Dora Mathews. She was the 2nd child of three children. She was in their household at age 3, living in Plano, Collin Co., Texas, along with her brother Jessee C-4. Her Father was running a Livery Stable, and her mother was keeping boarders..^[2] Her parents Divorced and her mother Dora married Charles Henry Weaver. She was living with them at age 21 in Plano, Collin, Co., Texas along with her brother's Jessie and Charlie, and half-siblings, Aline, Mary, and Dewey, ^[3]

Annie Katherine McCullough married Tilford Otis Potts"Ollie" in Collin, Co., Texas, on April 15, 1902, when she was 24 years old.^[4] They had three children.

3. Mildred Adelia (1907-1969) ^[6]

Otis, a Salesman for a Saddlery, and Annie were living on Holmes Street in Dallas Texas in 1910, with the three children.^[7] By 1920 they had moved to Plano, Collin Co., Texas where they were living on Foreman Street. Otis was a Manager for a Wholesale Shoe Factory, and by then the children were Katherine, age 16, Robert O age 14 and Adelia was age 12.^[8] In 1930 they were living at 5743 Vanderbilt Avenue, Dallas, Texas, with Robert and Adelia still in the household. Otis was a Superentendent for Whole Leather, their son Robert was office manager for Whole Lether, and Adelia was a School Teacher.^[9]

Annie died on February 25, 1931, in Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas, when she was 53 years old, and was buried in the Restland Memorial Park Cemetery, in Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas.^[1]
