Biography

In the marriage records, he is listed as a sailor. Later, he was a tailor in Malmö. From 1886 to 1894, he and his wife were the foster parents of Gabriella Jönsson, born Jan 7 1877 in Caroli parish, daughter of Johanna Christina Jönsson.

Research Notes

There is one Nils Johansson, born in Trelleborg Nov 29 1838, son of a tailor. This Nils moved to Copenhagen in 1856. Not sure if it is the same person, with an incorrect DOB in later records. Finding the household record for Nils and Boel in the Copenhagen archives could help.
