Durky Winne. [1]

"Durcky" was born 18 April 1785 and baptized on 15 May 1785 in Gilead Evangelical Lutheran Church, Brunswick, New York, recorded as the child of Daniel Wenney and wife Catharina, maiden name Hochdiel. Witnesses were Petrus Wenny and wife Magdalena. [2]

Winne-371 and Winne-368 appear to represent the same person because: The baptism date and location make it clear that these are intended to be the same person, and I found the baptism record. I agree that Winne-371 has the wrong father. I think the father on Winne-368 probably is correct, based on the likelihood that Catharina Hochdiel is identical to Catharina Hoogteeling.
