Biography

In 1871 Emily (28) was residing with her cousin Amelia Susannah Brock Cameron Schreiber (66) at Woodchurch, Kent. Also residing there at the time was future husband John Cameron.

Married John Duncan Cameron (widower with children) in 1873.

In 1874 their first child together was born in Southampton, Hampshire. Later 4 more children were born in Woodchurch.

In 1881 the family was living in Woodchurch. In 1891 they lived at 'Low Wood' in Bethersden, (5 miles from Woodchurch).

In 1901 John, Emily and daughter Helen are 'boarders' (visiting?) in St Marylebone, London with the Davis family.

In 1911 they are home again at Low Wood. With them is youngest child, daughter Gladys, age 25. Also there are 6 servants.

She died in 1917.
