Jacob was born in Heinge, Löfvestad in 1759. He was the illegitimate son of Karna Larsdotter. His father was said to be Nils Håkansson (1737-1807). [1][2]
In 1799 "dräng" Jacob Nilsson married "pigan" Else Helena Falkenberg in Bösarp. [3] Jacob was working for "Secret. herr B. Aulin". [4]
1815 they moved to Nyhus, Warmlösa, S. Willie. [5]
1819-1821 lived in Heinge By no 4, Lövestad. That is at the house of Håkan Nilsson , the half brother of Jacob. [6]
1821 Jacob died in Hagstad, Södra Rörum. [7][8] Note saying that a house in Hagstad is owned by an innkeeper called Aulin from Hurfva. [9]
In the probate record of Håkan Nilsson (1777-1822) who died in 1822, it is mentioned that the daughters of deceased Jacob Nilsson, Petternilla and Karna, are to have their father's inheritance. "Innestående fädernearf till afledne Jacob Nelssons omyndige Dottrar Petternilla, och Karna, Capital 16,46". [10]
