Biography

Margaret was born on February 16, 1871 to parents Phillip Hammer and Pauline Richards.^[1]

She spent her young life in Defiance County, Ohio^[2] where she would eventually meet and marry a man named George Mohr. They then raised their family in the same area.^{[3] [4]}

Unfortunately, like many women in her family, Minnie died young at just 46 years old. She is stated to have died from a cerebral hemorrhage complicated by anemia.^[5] She was laid to rest in the Independence Cemetery.^[6]
