William Fellowes was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.

William Fellowes was born in May 1848 in London England, United Kingdom.[1] He was the eldest son of Edward Fellowes 1st Baron de Ramsey and the Hon. Mary Julia Milles.
He was a British Conservative politician. In 1880 he succeeded his father as the Member of Parliament for Huntingdonshire, until 1885 when the constituency was abolished. He then represented Ramsey until August 1887. In 1890 he was appointed a Lord-in-waiting (government whip in the House of Lords) in the Conservative administration to Lord Salisbury, until 1892 when the Conservative party was defeated.
William Fellowes married Lady Rosamond Jane Frances Spencer-Churchill, daughter of John Churchill 7th Duke of Marlborough in 1877. From what is known the couple had 6 children.
Lord de Ramsey died in May 1925 in London England, United Kingdom. [2]
