Biography
Charles was born about 1785. He was the son of John St Clair and Rebecca Pruitt. He passed away in 1855.
Notes
1824 - Charles received a Donation Grant to lands in Arkansas Territory under an Act of Congress that was dated in 1824. The Act related to the State of Ohio and the building of the Miami Canal from Dayton to Lake Erie. 1845 - moved his family to East Texas in Lamar County.
