Biography
When Charles 'Charlie' Richard Miller was born on May 3, 1921, in Toccoa, Georgia,[1] his father, Columbus, was 23 and his mother, Mamie, was 19. He had four brothers and three sisters and was the husband of Jessie V (1924–2006). He died on November 30, 2000, in Georgia at the age of 79, and was buried in Forest Park, Georgia.[2]
