Comer was born in 1757. He is the son of Comer Bullock.
Birth details need documentation.
His Dutchess Co. will dated Sept. 2 1827, proved Dec. 22 (?), names wife Mary, son Ephraim, daughters Saray (?) Shaw, Ann Pulmer [Palmer?] and Hanah Buts. Also named are granddaughters Annmariah (?) and Hannah, daughters of now deceased son Comer.
Probably the head of a household in Washington Dutchess NY in 1790 consisting of 1 M >16, 1 M <16 and 4 F.
Taken to be the Comar jr. head of a household in Stanford Dutchess Co. in 1800 consisting of ten people: 1 M <10, 1 M 10-16, 2 M 16-25, 1 M 26-45; 2 F <10, 1 F 10-16, 1 F 16-25, 1 F 26-45.
