Norman Bruhn (1894-1927) was a notorious Australian thief, standover man and pimp who was probably best known as a key member of Tilly Devine's Sydney razor gang.[1]

He enlisted in the AIF in December 1914, arriving at Gallipoli in May 1915.

Imprisoned in Victoria for larceny, receiving, breach of bond, indecent behavior, insufficient means, etc. 5 October 1921 to 29 November 1924 with periods during this time of bail to appeal[5].
Died Sydney 1927[6].

GANG WARFARE. Darlinghurst Murder.
Norman Bruhn, aged 34 years, the victim of the shooting affray in Charlotte-lane, Darlinghurst, on Wednesday night, died in Sydney Hospital at 7 o'clock yesterday morning. Conscious, and in full possession of his senses till just before his death, Bruhn had repeatedly refused to give the police any information likely to incriminate the man who shot him.
