Margaret MacNeil was born about 1710 in Barra, Inverness-shire, Scotland, daughter of Roderick Dhu MacNeil (bef. 1663–1720) and Isabel Macleod
Margaret married Donald MacNeil (born about 1710 in Barra, Inverness Shire). Their known son was Ruairi MacNeil (abt. 1730 – abt. 1822)
Margaret died about 1800, aged 89.
