John Mackintosh was born in Dukinfield, Cheshire, England, on 7 July 1868. His birth was registered in Ashton in the third quarter of 1868[1]. John's mother's maiden name was Burgess. [2]
John's marriage to Violet Taylor was registered in Halifax in the third quarter of 1890[3].[4]
John's died of a heart attack in Halifax on 27 January 1920, and was buried in All Saints Churchyard, Halifax[5]. His death was registered in Halifax in the first quarter of 1920.[6].[7]
