Marjorie was born May 20, 1886, at Boston, Massachusetts.^[1] She is the daughter of John Smith Allan and Adelaide Stuart Gault. She does not appear to have married. She is recorded in the Canada, Voter List in 1935 (age 49) as a spinster, living with her mother, and again as a spinster in 1940 (age 54).

Her date of death is unknown.
