Biography
Gertrude Taylor was born in County Limerick, Ireland. She was the daughter of William Taylor and Deborah Fowler.[1]
She married Grice Smyth of Ballynatray, County Waterford.[1]
Grice and Gertrude had at least the following children:[1]
- Richard Smyth m1 Jane Rogers m2 Penelope Bateman
- Deborah Smyth m Robert Blakeney of Mount Blakeney
- Jane Smyth, youngest daughter, m Robert Uniacke-Fitzgerald[2]
Grice Smyth died intestate and administration was granted on 24 April 1724.[1] Gertrude most likely died after this date.
