Biography
William Carter was born in 1855.[1] He was the son of Henry Carter and Maria Moon.
He married Margaret Ann Gordon at Young, New South Wales, in 1881.[2]
He died in 1902,[3] and was buried in the Wombat Cemetery.[4]
