Biography

Louis was born June 3, 1887 in Shawnee Township, Allen County, Ohio.^[1] He was the son of John Potts and Charlotte Cozad.

On April 16, 1919 he married Elizabeth Niehoff in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. ^[2]

In 1942 he registered for the WWII draft in Terlton, Pawnee, Oklahoma. He lists his full name as Louis Hezekiah Potts, born June 3, 1887 in Kempton, Ohio which is in Allen County. His wife is listed as the person who will always know his address.^[3]

He passed away June 8, 1964 in Terlton, Pawnee, Oklahoma. ^[4][5] Louis was laid to rest in Terlton Cemetery, Terlton, Pawnee, Oklahoma, ^[6]
