Andrew was born about 1520. He was the son of William Scott and Isabel Lindsay.^[1][2]

He married Euphame, daughter of Thomas Blair of Bathyock.^[2] They had issue, including:

1. Alexander, m. Margaret, daughter of Patrick Ogilvie of Inchmartin^[2]
2. Sir John^[3]
3. Marion

Andrew passed away about 1571.
