Biography

Sarah was the ninth child of Edward Orpen and Eleanor Connor.^[1]

She married Richard Morphy in 1808 and had:^[1]

1. Edward who married Arabella daughter of Daniel McGillycuddy in 1843
2. Abraham
3. Jane
4. Maria
5. Lucinda who married Daniel son of Daniel McGillycuddy in 1834.
6. Agnes.

Her husband Richard died aged 63 at Day Place in Tralee in July 1850 and was buried at Kenmare on 4th July.^[2][3]

Sarah died at her residence in Nelson Street Tralee on Saturday 24th July aged 58(!) and was buried at Kenmare on 27th July.^[4][5]
