- "Samuel Willson and Rebecca Smithson were married in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred twenty nine " [1]

- "Aquilla Willson son of said Samuel and Rebecca was born March one thousand seven hundred thirty one." His father, Samuel, was 20 and his mother, Rebecca, was 23.
- He married Keziah Everett on December 4, 1759, in his hometown.
