Biography

Sadie was born in about 1858.

She married Robert James McKnight on 22 March 1883 at 1st Presbyterian Church, Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania.[1][2]

They had at least three sons. US Census Event Date 1910: Living with her husband Robert and her three sons: Paul Crawford (b. 1885), William Kenneth (b. 1889), and Robert James Jr. (b. 1898), in Pittsburgh Ward 11, Allegheny, Pennsylvania, United States.[3] Also in the household was her sister Uenia (Smith) Porter and one servant. Robert and Sadie had another son, Robert Gordon (b. 1884) who sadly died as a child.[4]

Sadie's husband passed away in 1930.

She died in 1942 at the age of about 83.[5]
