Léopold-Philippe-Charles-Joseph, 4th Duke of Arenberg and 10th Duke of Aarschot, was governor of Hainaut and Supreme Commander of the Austrian forces in the Netherlands. Born on October 14, 1690 in Brussels, he was the son of Philippe-Charles d'Arenberg and Maria Enrichetta del Carretto.
