Mary was born on Main Road, Eel River, Canterbury, York, New Brunswick on 25 January 1866. Date of birth from Certificate of Registration of Birth by sister Annie Augusta Grant 21 Feb 1936 when Annie was 78. Based on 1871 and 1881 census records, and births of Asa and Martha, Mary was probably born in 1864. She passed away in 1939.
