Biography
Richard Strout was born around 1752 in Cape Elizabeth, Maine[1].
He married Deborah Strout on 24 March 1774. They had seven children[2]:
- 1. Richard, born Mar 1775
- 2. Deborah, born 1779; married Simeon Small
- 3. John, born 1782
- 4. Rebecca, born 1785
- 5. Elizabeth, born 1787; married John Spiller Jr.
- 6. Susanna, born 1793; married Francis Strout
- 7. Joseph, born 1796
Richard passed away on 7 September 1825 and is buried in Mountain Road Cemetery in Raymond, Maine[3].
