Biography

William Henry was born 05 Jul 1840. He was the son of George Flesher and Mary Smith. His mother died birthing him. William served in Company A 2nd West Virginia Cavalry during the Civil War. William first married Susan Catherine (FLESHER) in Nov 1864 (they were first cousins). He was her first husband. They were the parents of one son. William second married Sibella B. (SMITH) 15 Sep 1878. No children of this marriage have been recorded. He passed away 25 Dec 1911 and was buried in Abilene Municipal Cemetery, Abilene, Taylor County, Texas.
