Biography
William Henry Roger Palmer born in 1802, son of Sir William Henry Palmer, 3rd Baronet of Castle Lackin, and his wife Alice Franklin.
William married Elenora Matthews, daughter and co-heiress of John Matthews, Esq. of Eyarth and Plas Bostock, in Denbighshire, on 14 March 1828.
