(Samuel Eaton) He married Mary Rodebaugh, a native of Carrollton, Ohio, born August 23, 1829. Mrs. Samuel Eaton was a daughter of John and Sarah (Shiveley) Rodebaugh, of Carroll county, Ohio. Mr. Eaton and his family were members of the Christian church. He and Mrs. Eaton were the parents of nine children, as follows: Eliza, William, Martha, Hugh, Josephine, John Calvin, Henry M.. Harriet, Charles J., of whom further.
