Railroad station foreman (1882) and station master in Stockholm. In September 1882, he married Ida Jernström. Their daughter Esther was born the following month. Ida passed away in March 1883 and Esther in January 1884.
In the fall of 1884, Amanda Landberg joined his household. Krister and Amanda married in 1886 and had three children. The family moved to Sollentuna where Krister worked at Tureberg station. In 1907, they lost their youngest daughter Edith to tuberculosis. Krister was widowed again in 1908 when Amanda died, also from tuberculosis. He died the following year.
