Jean was born in 1806. He was the son of Romain Guedry.
On 14 Oct 1833, in St-Basile, Anselme Guidry adult son of Romain Guédry and Marie Comau married Susanne Violet minor daughter of Alexandre Violet and the late Josephte Pelletier. Witnesses were Euphémien Cyr and Hilarion Violet, no signatures. [1]
On 29 Jan 1849, in St-Basile, Anselme Guédrit dit Grivois widower of Susanne Violet married Martine Fournier adult daughter of Jacques Fournier and the late Josephte Thrébert. Witnesses included Charles Fournier, relationship not specified, no signatures. [2]
