Sarah was born about July 1848. She died in the 1910s.
Uncertain Death Information
The 1914 Arkansas death information on the profile has no source. Sarah is listed in the 1910 Census, and her husband Thomas is listed as widower in the 1920 Census.
Name
The birth name Armstrong comes from Sarah's headstone and from her son Albert's death record[1]. There was also a Sarah Thompson, who married a Thomas Mantooth in Cocke County, Tennessee. The two have been confused because William H Thompson was listed as the head of household's brother-in-law on the 1900 Census. William was the husband of Thomas Mantooth's sister Letha.
Place: District 4, Polk, Tennessee, United States[3]
