Hugh Mansel (1858-1889) was the son of William Mansel and Caroline John.

He was baptised on the 13th of May 1858 at Budock, Falmouth, Cornwall, England.

He died unmarried dsp by his own hand in August 1889 at Fermoy, Co. Cork, Ireland and was buried in in St Mary Collegiate church burial ground, Warwick, Warwickshire, England.
