Biography

She married William Gale on 29 Oct 1836. ^[1]

They had at least 9 children: Sarah Elizabeth, Harriet Newell, William Harrison, Mary Francis, William Francis, John William, Clara Augusta, Emily Ann, and Andrew L.^[2]

In 1850 she was living with her husband, four children (Sarah, Harriet, Mary and Clara), her husband's widowed mother, and Abigail Thom, likely a relative on her mother-in-law's side, perhaps her husband's cousin.^[3]

In 1860 she was living with her husband, four children (Sarah, Mary, Clara and Andrew), and her husband's widowed mother.^[4]

By 1870 it was just her and her husband and their youngest child, Andrew.^[5]

In 1880 it was just the couple.^[6]

She died in 1890^[7] and is burried in Mount Prospect Cemetery, Amesbury, MA.^[8]
