Albert Martin Carter was born on 6 Oct 1845 [1]in Blue Hill, Hancock County, Maine, son of Robert B. Carter (1807 - 1899) and Abigail B (Haskell) Carter (1802 - 1895).
Albert married Abby Mary Pillsbury , daughter of Parker K. Pillsbury and Christiana Gray, on 21 Dec 1870[2][3] in Blue Hill or Ellsworth
