Biography:

Susan was born on the 16th of October 1892 in Boston, Suffolk, MA. She is the daughter of Nathaniel Winfield Scott Tufts and Martha Washington (Perry) Tufts. On the 12th of June, 1920, she married Carl Nestor Holmes at 91 Hunnewell Ave., in Newton Corners, MA. Together they raised: Jean Susan Holmes, Cynthia Holmes and Peter C. Holmes. She passed away on Feb. the 16th, 1984 in Cleveland, OH.
