Esther Klose was born in 1795, in Northampton Township, Bucks, Pennsylvania, United States. She was a daughter of Jacob Close (1761-1822) and Catherine Trautman (1748-1812).

About 1816, Esther Klose/Kloss married Jacob Aigler in Beaver Township, Snyder, Pennsyvania. The couple had the following children:
