Adam Valentine Strohacker was born on February 14, 1875[1] in Adams Township, Muskingum County, Ohio.[2] He was the son of Valentine Strohacker and Mary Brannon.[2][3][4] Adam married Carrie Viola Trottman on November 7, 1901 in Muskingum County.[2] she was the daughter of Frank Trottman and Elizabeth Thresh.[2] Adam and Carrie had a son, Lauren.[5] In the 1930 census, Adam's mother, Mary Strohacker lived with them.[6] He died on June 8, 1952 (probably in Coschocton) and is buried in South Lawn Cemetery, Coschocton (Coshocton County), Ohio.[1]
