Biography

Research Note: He was cremated after he died. But before any of that, He moved from Tennessee to Washington State. He was married to a Ms. Rowland in TN and they have 1child named Tennessee "Tennie" McDonald. She married a Hayes. Tennie's mother died and Sidney remarried Frances "Fannie" E. Glover. There was a land dispute between Tennessee 'Tennie' Forest McDonald and her father (Sidney Smith McDonald) in the Court (there are Court records of this) upon his 1st wife's [Marina Rowland McDonalds] death over Farm Property and Whom it went to. Marina allotted her father's farm land to Tennie upon her death in her will, and not to her husband, Sidney. Sidney lost his case in Court and moved to Washington State where his grown daughters Edna and Leila McDonald were living in Tacoma at the time.
