In 1930, Cyril, 13, was living in Milan, Gibson, TN with his parents, Sam, 34, and Jessie, 32. Also in the household were Sammie E, 3, Sam’s brother in law, Sam Sutherlan, 38, Sister in law, Allie Sutherlan, 34, and aunt Dicie Wilson, 69. Cyril was born in TN.[3]
In 1940, Cyril M, 23, was living in Milan, Gibson, TN with his parents, Sam R, 47, and Jessie Noni, 46 along with his brother, Sam E, 13. They lived in the same place in 1935. Cyril was working in shipping dept of a shirt factory while Sam, Sr was a cutter and Jessie was an inspector there.[4]
Cyril M. Pearson enlisted in the US Army 22 Jun 1943 at Ft. Oglethorpe, GA. His residence was Gibson, TN. He was married, had attended 1 yr of college, and worked as a guard or watchmen. [5] He was admitted to the hospital in Jan 1944 and discharged Feb 1944. He was 26 yrs old and had been in service for 5 mo. His branch of service was military police. His diagnosis at the time was myositis; second diagnosis, arthritis, chronic, type unspecified. He was discharged back to service.[6] Cyril served in the Army from 6 Jul 1943-27 May 1945[1]
Cyril Pearson died Nov 1984 while living in Centerville, Hickman, TN.[7][1] He was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Milan, Gibson, TN. His tombstone had the dates Mar 29, 1918-Nov 22, 1984.[8]

I know he was married at the time of his enlistment to the Army. I can’t find her name or what happened to her though.
