Biography

Louise A. Sloss was born in St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri, United States, 15 Oct 1864.[1] She was the daughter of James Long Sloss II and Arabella "Belle" Blood.[1]

In 1900, Newell and Louise resided with their five children, and Newell's brother, Eugene, ansd three servants, at 1207 Judson Avenue in Evanston, where Newell worked as a stock broker and Eugene as a physician.[3]

Gravestone[5]
Louise died in Evanston, 24 Sep 1960, at age 95.[6] She's buried in St. Louis's Bellefontaine Cemetery.[6]
