Isaac Clark was born 4 May 1784, probably in Castleton, Vermont. He was a son of Caleb and Hope (Jackson) Clark.
He married in 1811 at Steuben, New York, Laura Alvord. [Note: By way of this marriage, Isaac and his sister Abigail (Clark) became mutual fraternal in-laws, as they both married siblings of the Alvord family.]
Isaac Clark and Laura (Alvord) had 8 children, all born at Steuben, New York where they resided:

This family was enumerated in the 1840 U.S. census in New Hartford, New York [1]. In 1850 Isaac and Laura Clark were in nearby Steuben, New York, their son Thomas and his family enumerated in household with them [2]. The 1865 and subsequent census records confirmed their residency in Western Township, Oneida County, New York [3],[4],[5].
Isaac Clark passed away 7 Aug 1876 at Westernville, New York. His grave is in Steuben Corners Cemetery, Steuben, Oneida County, New York, USA [6].
His mother is more obscure. An online family "searching" app presents actuarial dates of 24 Feb 1760 - 19 Sep 1846, however these appear to be supposition with no sourcing [7].
