Ruben was born 23 Feb 1905 at Graham, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory[2]the son of Arthur Airington and Francis Goins. Ruben passed away in Mar 1981 at Wynnewood, Garvin, Oklahoma. He is buried at the Oaklawn Cemetery, Wynnewood, Garvin County, Oklahoma.[3]
