Patrick Harrison Boyd's son who is called Harrison Patrick Boyd in records.. (maybe whom you called Patrick Harrison Boyd Jr)....

In his 1782 Halifax County will, he mentioned his orphan heirs, daughters Rachel, Hannah, Elizabeth and Rebekah, and appointed his brother George their guardian. The estate must have been considerable as the administrator, A. Bulington Dunn, made several accountings.

George , the brother, is, therefore NOT the FATHER of Rachel, Hannah , Elizabeth and Rebecca, but their GUARDIAN... This is important . These girls were married to Adams men.
