Biography
Israel was born in 1802.
Israel married Sarah Whitney on 27 December 1823 in Llanelen, Monmouthshire, Wales.[1]
In 1829 he emigrated from Wales to Huntingdon, Co., PA. He passed away in 1874. He is buried in North Union Cemetery, Tippecanoe, Indiana. He arrived in America in the ship (Big?) Brother with his wife and his older children after having left Wales from the port of Newport, Wales.
Federal Census, in Washington, Tippecanoe County, Indiana lived John Relph Jr. (son of Israel's second wife Jane), his brother William and his family, his little brother Joseph and their mother Jane (second wife of Israel). And Israel and Jane and their children, Israel Jr. (Izzy), Daniel and Emma.
Apparently, after at some time after Israel A.'s death in 1874, the family moved back to Pennsylvania leaving Israel A. buried in Tippecanoe, IN.
