Biography

When Charles Wesley Mills was born on September 18, 1885^{[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]}, in Wayne, Indiana, his father, Alanson, was 35 and his mother, Sarah, was 24. In the 1900 census Charles (age 14), At School, was the son of Alanson Mills in Center, Starke, Indiana. ^[8]
