Biography
Lieutenant Robert Blakeney was the son of Thomas Blakeney and Sarah Burke.
He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the General Blakeney's Regiment of Foot, and served in Ticonderoga, Crown Point, Montreal, Martinico, Grenada, and Havannah.
He died on 20 September 1762 off Havannah, Cuba.
